Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Currently orders are shipping from England via Royal Mail.

I do not use any plastic packaging. All of my orders ship packaged solely in paper and cardboard.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

I will happily accept returns of any unused and unwanted goods within 30 days of the buyer receiving the goods.

Buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. I will not refund these shipping costs.

Buyer is responsible for paying for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used then I may reject a refund.

Cancellation

I accept order cancellations before the order has shipped.

Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe. If the order has already shipped then the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
